Attorney Chad C. Groome

Attorney Chad C. Groome has been a Member of Angotti & Straface Attorneys at Law L.C. since 2019. He is an outcome-oriented attorney whose primary focus is effectively resolving our clients’ civil litigation matters. Chad brings with him an exceptional level of skill and focus gained throughout his fourteen years of broad civil litigation practice in the Wheeling, WV, area.

Chad began his career serving as judicial law clerk for the late Hon. John T. Madden, Chief Judge for the Second Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. His legal prowess currently includes a solid record of providing effective appellate advocacy, with Attorney Groome having successfully handled numerous client appeals to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, Ohio Seventh District Court of Appeals, and Ohio Supreme Court.
